Today I had a flat tire. I’m 60 and never had a flat tire. I was coming through Rolesville and found Pete Smith Auto. I was flustered but greeted and helped immediately. In less than 30 minutes without an appointment I had a spare tire put on. I have not experienced such customer service in a long time. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service!
I brought my car by the shop to have them put in some bolts I received from Manufacture for shield plate underneath my car. They add the bolts underneath the my car and made sure the shield plate was secure correctly underneath the car. the job only took 15 minutes and they did not even charge me for the job. Excellent service by Pete Smith. They have always been able to fix any issues with my vehicles I have brought for them to check.
The team at Pete Smith at 120 Main ST, Warrenton, provide excellent service on both big and small jobs. Tire replacements and alignments are quick in-and-out and reliable. I've also experienced above and beyond service related to out-of-the-ordinary issues. James and his team don't give up easily and always find a solution. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once a coin was stuck in my car cigarette lighter and the mechanic patiently used a couple of tools and removed it for me and then also replaced the fuse. No charge. For me, there is no reason to go anywhere else for servicing my vehicle.
My family and I have been customers for many years at Pete Smith (Warrenton location). ALL of the employees are knowledgeable on most everything that could be wrong with your car. They do not hesitate to take a look at whatever the problem is to see if they can fix it. The staff members are very friendly and offer quick service.
